My Approach
I am a psychotherapist with over seven years of experience working across therapeutic practice and mental health research. I’ve worked within leading institutions, including Imperial College London’s School of Public Health, where my research has focused on the impacts of digital technologies on mental health and cognition; for the National Healthcare Services (NHS) in the UK; for rehabilitation clinics and various further educational establishments.
My clinical training and research-led insights have allowed me to develop a trauma-informed, relational and culturally sensitive approach to my sessions. My therapeutic style integrates elements from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, interpersonal and person-centered therapies, and is driven by evidence-based techniques aimed at helping clients build insight, resilience, coping strategies and to feel more grounded in their daily lives.
I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels safe and supportive. I am able to deliver sessions in English and Spanish, to both adolescents and adults.
